  1. Order Cancellation
    • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet processed.
    • Custom-made or engraved items cannot be cancelled once production has started, even if a cancellation request is made. Customized jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances, even if reported within 24 hours.
  2. Exchange Policy
    Exchanges are offered only for product defects, subject to approval. Sizing issues are not eligible for exchange.
  3. Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours with pictures for quick resolution.
