  2. Exchanges Only for Defective Products: Exchanges are accepted only if the product is defective.
  3. Defect Reporting: Any defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with a clear picture of the defective product.
  4. Condition: The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
  5. Approval Process: Once the defect is verified, we will arrange for an exchange of the product.
